Electrochemical determination of amaranth in food samples using activated carbon-Co3O4 modified electrode

چکیده

In this paper, a new electrochemical sensor was reported for the determination of amaranth in drink soft. sensor, activated carbon-Co3O4 nanocomposite (AC-Co3O4) employ­ed as electrode modifying materials. The introduction high pores to carbon not only can favor more molecules adsorbed surface working through pores, but also may benefit fast electron diffusion electro­chemical detection process. So, AC-Co3O4 modified enhanced its signal obviously soft and exhibited wider linear response ranging from 0.1 215.0 µM with low limit 10.0 nM (based on 3Sb/m). This work offers route developing sensors colorants additives other hazard components
